On a warm summery day like today, it seems appropriate to write about my latest ice cream discovery... Made with British organic milk, just like the yogurts and custards of the same name, these 'yogurt' ice creams — which have been available at Glastonbury for the past three years but are now going nationwide — come in four flavours: Lemon Curd, Salted Caramel, Vanilla Custard and Blackcurrant. It's N'Ice to see some of the rather under-used flavours such as lemon curd and blackcurrant get a look in. Also, Vanilla Custard sounds a good one if you're after something a little different.
