Tideford Organics’ has unveiled its new Cucumber Soup with Dill and Kefir. Not only can it be enjoyed as a hot soup, you can serve it chilled if you prefer. This makes it easier to enjoy as part of a picnic in the park or trip to the beach! Who said you have to give up soup in the summer?! Flavours from the organic cucumbers are balanced with the taste of dill and sea salt and cracked black pepper seasoning, whilst kefir, a cultured milk product containing valuable vitamins, minerals and proteins provides a smooth and creamy texture to the soup.
Gluten and wheat free, it’s suitable for vegetarians and coeliacs, is low in fat and salt and contains no added sugar. Available in a 600g pot size, which is more than enough for two, the soup is available now from Ocado, Whole Foods, Planet Organic and all well-known independents nationwide.
