Chocolate & Raspberry Do’Cro

Yes, another cake hybrid — this one’s a cross between a croissant and a doughnut. This half-doughnut, half-croissant concoction is not unique to Tesco; I've seen it done several times before (including on the Great British Bake Off), but it's been called a Cronut. I'm not sure which name I prefer, but who cares when it's filled with raspberry ham and topped with chocolate and fruit-flavoured candy sprinkles. What's more, if it's half croissant, I'm thinking that it's half alright to have it for breakfast!
