Limited Edition J-Dog

Not that long ago, I blogged that hot dogs are what summer 2015 is all about. Well, if you didn't believe me then, you'll definitely believe me now. Because YO! Sushi are about to launch their very own Japanese-inspired J-Dog. In this case, a J-Dog is a pork arabiki sausage (basically a Japanese frankfurter) served in a brioche bun, topped with crispy shallots, sesame seeds, spring onion, crunchy nori, tangy misotchup and sweet teriyaki sauce. But that’s not all… Every limited edition J-Dog (which will only be available for the month of June, from last Tuesday (9th June)will come with a mini Sriracha sauce keyring, so you can spice up your dog to your liking. So just to confirm – you get one heck of a sizzling hot dog AND your very own Sriracha keyring. Could life get any better? Well, it's just about to..... The J-Dog is the first product in YO! Sushi’s new ‘YOLO’ line, which will see them feature a different limited edition mash-up dish each month for the next six months. AND in the future ‘YOLO’ dishes could include curry donuts, noodle bread and furikake (a Japanese rice seasoning) fries.
