Ice cream brand Jude’s has collaborated with gin maker Sipsmith on the development of a limited-edition gin and tonic-flavoured ice cream.
Available in 120ml pots, balances the flavours of Sipsmith London dry gin with Jude’s creamy crème anglaise base mix, together with a splash of tonic water and lemon.
