Seaweed Soup!

Atlantic Kitchen launches seaweed soup flavours in Ocado
Seaweed is a food (yes, really!) that has been promoted to that of 'super-food' status over the past couple of years and its popularity has rocketed. Even seaweed spaghetti is a reality thanks to the recent ingenuity of Tesco. Now, food brand Atlantic Kitchen has launched a range of ready-to-eat seaweed soups. The soups are available in a range of three flavours: vibrant beets bowl with tender Wakame seaweed, super-greens minestrone with al dente sea spaghetti seaweed, and spicy tomato bisque with smoky Dulse seaweedPackaged in 400g tubs, the soups have launched on Ocado with an introductory price of £3, which will later rise to the regular price of £3.99. Free from gluten, sugar and dairy, they have a shelf life of seven days. The meal soups are the first in a range of products from the brand, which sources organic, wild seaweed from the Atlantic coastlines of Europe.
