The new Special K Protein Crunch comes in the form of crunchy clusters. The cereal is made from six wholegrains with a touch of honey and cinnamon and toasted for that satisfying hearty crunch. There’s 7.7g of protein per 45g serving, all of which comes from natural plant sources; there is naturally occurring protein in the 6 grains in this product, as well as protein from soya beans.

27% sugar as well! Wish manufacturers wouldn't add so much of the stuff, kind of neglects the health benefits of the added protein.
