Red velvet. A
decadent cupcake recipe, but also a great way to describe the colour of
Innocent's new cold pressed juice, which is made from beetroot juice, blended
with apple juice, carrot juice, lemon juice and a touch of ginger (which
contrasts well with the earthy sweetness of apples, carrots and beetroot).
Cold-pressing refers to the process of making the drink at high pressure and cold temperatures, which is designed to deliver maximum
flavour. It’s beautiful, it’s beetrooty and it’s blooming brilliant. I
say cancel the cupcake and have a cold glass of this instead.
