Recently, yogurt brand Arla has taken our supermarket shelves by storm. The company has produced a broad range of products, such as this latest addition to their portfolio. Arla Protein is a three-strong line of high protein (20g per pot), fat free single-serve yogurts. But, can we really call them yogurts? Whilst they can be found in the yogurt aisle, they are in fact made from quark which is categorised as a cheese. Quark is special because of it's low-fat composition, and with this product made from all natural ingredients, it seems to be a simple way to boost that toned bod, keep those well-earned muscles in shape and help the body (and soul) recover after training.
Available in Blueberry, Raspberry and Strawberry flavours.
£1.25 per 200g pot in Asda.
