I'm not sure these 'snack pots' quite count as snacks. Whilst I acknowledge that they're too small to constitute a proper meal (even for sparrows), they're pretty darn large for a snack. They're about the size of a Mug Shot or Mr Benn's Rice Time and between 200 and 300 calories each. So perhaps a snack for a hungry hulking teen. Anyhow, they're quick, undeniably healthy, and are enjoyable both hot and cold. Quinoa is high in protein, so these will certainly keep the wolf from the door, and tastes deliciously nutty. The three variants are vegetable ragu (a mix of tomatoes, carrot and garlic), roasted courgette with basil and lemon (with sweet onions, too) and tangy tomato & piquillo pepper (with a hint of chilli).
