A dome shaped sponge cake filled with lemon flavoured cream mousse, white chocolate cream mousse and lemon sauce on a shortcrust pastry base, glazed with a white jelly, sprinkled with white chocolate drops. Basically just several puddings squashed in to one festive mound!
