New Puddings in Tesco

Tesco have just released a new load of puddings. They're refreshingly creative and look fantastic too. 

First up, there are two standard cheesecakes: Toffee Apple and S'Mores. In case you don't know, S'mores are popular campfire treats in America, consisting of melted marshmallows and chocolate sandwiches between two sweet cracker-style biscuits. Here, the S'mores cheesecake is baked chocolate flavoured cheesecake batter and marshmallows on a digestive biscuit base. The Toffee Apple consists of baked cheesecake and apple filling on a digestive biscuit base, topped with toffee cream mousse and toffee sauce, sprinkled with caramel flavour curls.

If you don't like cheese in your cake, then there's the Red Velvet Cake, which is simply red sponge cake and baked cheese batter base topped with a soft cream cheese mousse, decorated with raspberry pieces.

If you're after something a little more refined for your next dinner party, then how about these show-stopping cheesecakes; Chocolate Orange or White Chocolate & Cranberry. The Chocolate Orange consists of baked chocolate flavoured cheesecake batter and orange flavour filling on a chocolate flavoured digestive biscuit base, topped with chocolate flavoured sauce and decorated with dark chocolate curls and drizzled sauce. The White Choc version is baked cheesecake batter and cranberry filling on a digestive biscuit base, topped with a white chocolate flavour topping, decorated with a drizzle of sauce and white chocolate shavings, sprinkled with a mix of dark and milk chocolate coated crisped rice.
